Extreme Classroom Makeover

Before you begin this application, ensure that you are eligible: your public school is located within 50 miles of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and you teach 3rd – 10th grade STEM subject(s). Those who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 

You will need: your principal’s support, your principal’s direct phone number, your school’s address, your school’s phone number, a link to your publicly uploaded video submission (either YouTube or Vimeo) and completed media release forms (provided) for everyone who appears in your video submission. 

Optionally, you may upload recommendation letters from your principal, department head and/or technology coordinator.

The deadline: 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025

Keep in mind: You may save your work as you go. There are four pages. 

The sooner you apply, the sooner we’re able to identify any problems with video links or other attachments and responses.
