If selected as a winner, I give permission to ORAU and its agents to use in connection with any publication (including but not limited to brochures, Web sites, booklets, reports, press releases, and exhibits) the photograph(s) video or audio productions, or any other files portraying my image or likeness in association with ORAU in which I appear. This also applies to any photos/media, documents, or other submissions voluntarily provided. ORAU will maintain possession of all associated negatives, digital, video, and/or audio files, film, CDs, photographic prints, etc.; and will maintain video, and/or audio files, film, CDs, photographic prints, etc.; and will maintain all rights to these images and other files; and may use, at our sole discretion and for a period of time determined by us, in future materials.
If competition winner is under 18, a Parent/Guardian will be required to sign a separate photo release form. |
